Franks was born on a summer's day in 2012. After years of eating mediocre hotdogs, I decided to drop everything and build the artisanal food truck of my dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky design, great music and super hip atmosphere.

My name is Jack, and grilling dogs isn't just my job. It's my hobby, past-time and favorite obsession. For me, hotdogs are an edible form of art.
